If you’re a songwriter or small band that values intimate performances and attentive audiences, you might just belong at Oak Knoll South Saloon.

We run a private listening room that accommodates 60 guests, designed in the spirit of an 1890s Old West saloon. This is where we host our Saloon Sessions — evenings dedicated to showcasing songs and stories. We favor classic Americana, Folk, Country, Blues, and any genre that prioritizes storytelling over loud sounds.

How We Do Business

- You keep 100% of all ticket sales after credit card processing fees

- You’re welcome to sell your own merchandise and keep every dollar

- We can run ticketing through Ticket Tailor with direct payout to you

- We promote heavily to our audience, while you promote to yours

- We take care of sound, lights, setup, and hospitality

The Green Room (aka The Tack Room)

The saloon itself is a warm, lantern-lit listening room with a respectful 50-person capacity. When you arrive, you’ll have your own private space in the Green Room — we call it The Tack Room.

Built with rough barn wood and vintage lighting, it’s designed to feel like an old frontier railroad office. It’s equipped with proper studio monitors so you can listen to your mixes, work on arrangements, or simply hear your songs the way they deserve to sound.
